Solicitors in Australia usually charge clients based on their hourly rates (charged in 6 minute increments). So for example if a solicitor works on your case for 6 minutes or less and their hourly rate is $400 then the charge to you for those 6 minutes will be $40.
Solicitor hourly rates across Australia usually start at around $300 per hour for a junior solicitor and can exceed $800 per hour for family law and estate law firms charging top prices.
We offer flexible pricing based on our hourly rates, and we also offer fixed fee pricing based on what we anticipate your legal costs to be, as follows:
